Building a Resilient Southwest Florida.

The Southwest Florida Resilience Collaborative, convened by the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council (SWFRPC), emerged as a coordinated, stakeholder-driven initiative to strengthen regional resilience to climate change, sea level rise, and extreme weather events.

Since 2009, the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council has continued to be involved in a variety of resiliency research and planning activities designed to provide technical assistance and decision services based upon the best available contemporary science.  Please check out the list of resiliency projects and activities in the right side column.
