Executive Summary The Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council (SWFRPC) is assisting the Pelican Cove Community in developing a climate change adaptation plan in the areas of shoreline and water quality, drainage and erosion, and landscaping (CCAP) for the Pelican Cove Community.
