1.  What is the extent and nature of damage—according to the commonly accepted indicators of seagrass, oysters, etc.  A sketch map.  A focus on new silted areas would be good.

2.  How long would recovery take to “begin” and how can it continue, and how long will recovery to 1999 conditions take?  (1999 or 2000, CERP or CCMP dates).  This is based on the presumption that decent flow regime between 500-2500 is the norm.

3.  What are the priority actions, after getting flows right, to initiate recovery –from a human induced initiative. –Wayne Daltry
